You should have Windows Media Player (or RealPlayer) to listen to the audio and/or view the video on this site.  If you do not have Windows Media Player or need to update your version, you can obtain Windows Media Player 10 for free by clicking on the links below.

Minimum requirements for Windows Media Player 10 (current version) are:

- 64 megabytes (MB) of RAM
- 100 MB of free hard disk space
- CD or DVD drive
- 28.8 kilobits per second (Kbps) modem
- 16-bit sound card

- Video Card with 64 megabytes (MB) of RAM
- Speakers or Headphones
- Internet Explorer 6 or Netscape Navigator 7.1

The following steps are involved in downloading Windows Media Player 10 (free player).

1. Click on this link (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/download/download.aspx).

2. Click on the "Download Now" link in the middle section of the page.

3. The file is about 12 megabytes.

4. Click on "Run".
5. The file download process will begin.
6. Click on "Run" again.
7. Click on "Next".
8. You will then need to "Select your Privacy Options". ("Next" will use defaults.)
9. Click on "Finish".
10. You now have Windows Media Player 10 installed.
